Champagne Toast Service $150 - Bar-Side Champagne Toast Champagne is chilled, poured, and available at the bar for guests to pick up prior to the toast. Ideal for events with streamlined timelines or when a centralized toast location is preferred. $400 - Passed Champagne Toast Our team pre-fills champagne glasses and circulates throughout the venue, serving guests directly before the toast. Includes coordination with planners and DJs, glassware setup, and full-service execution for a seamless and elevated guest experience. Mocktail Station - $25 per Mocktail A curated non-alcoholic beverage experience featuring Boozy Pony signature mocktails. Perfect for family-friendly celebrations, sober guests, and anyone seeking a thoughtfully crafted beverage without alcohol. Includes ingredients, garnishes, and station setup. Glassware Handling & Management - $400 $200 Setup + $200 End-of-Night Breakdown For events utilizing rented glassware, The Boozy Pony manages glassware logistics from start to finish. Services include placement of glassware at bars and beverage stations, collection and relocation throughout service as needed, end-of-event gathering and sorting, and loading glassware into rental racks for vendor pickup. This fee covers the additional labor, time, and careful handling required to manage glassware safely and professionally. Coffee & Hot Beverage Station - $50 A warm beverage station featuring freshly brewed coffee and hot water for tea or cocoa service. Includes cups, condiments, and complete station setup. Perfect for fall and winter weddings, morning celebrations, or late-night comfort beverages. Pricing is subject to change and must be selected and included in the final service agreement prior to the event date.
