Customizable Bar Package Can’t find exactly what you’re looking for? This package is designed to be fully customizable for your event. Whether you prefer a simple, streamlined menu, a mocktail‑forward experience, or a cocktail‑heavy bar, we’ll work together to build a bar menu that fits your vision, service style, and budget. Pricing and staffing will vary based on guest count and the final bar menu we create together. What’s included: Staffing varies based on guest count and final menu (starting price reflects minimum staffing; additional staff fees apply as needed) Up to 6 hours of service Set up and take down Bar kit and tools Menu planning + customization Disposable cups, ice, straws, napkins Garnishes (if applicable) Standard mixers
Cancellation Policy
We accept Cash, Check, or Venmo. We require a $250 NON-Refundable deposit upon booking. The remaining balance MUST BE PAID IN FULL 7 DAYS prior to the event. ALL deposits are NON-Refundable. We do however offer a credit option for future events. In the event of inclement weather we will do our best to accommodate if you wish to reschedule. The client is responsible for any outdoor tents if necessary. The Boozy Pony does not provide any tents or other gear in the event of rain.
