Service Description
This package provides a complete House Bar, meaning you choose one brand from each spirit category to build your personalized full bar. Your House Bar includes: vodka, gin, tequila, rum, whiskey, triple sec, and optional additions such as sweet vermouth, dry vermouth, scotch, or mezcal. You may also add up to (3) signature cocktails for an additional $150. What’s included: Staffing varies by guest count (starting price reflects minimum staffing; additional staff fees apply as guest count increases) Up to 6 hours of service Set up and take down Bar kit and tools Menu planning Disposable cups, ice, straws, napkins Garnishes (if applicable) Standard mixers N/A mixers to create almost any drink Décor for trailer
Cancellation Policy
We accept Cash, Check, or Venmo. We require a $250 NON-Refundable deposit upon booking. The remaining balance MUST BE PAID IN FULL 7 DAYS prior to the event. ALL deposits are NON-Refundable. We do however offer a credit option for future events. In the event of inclement weather we will do our best to accommodate if you wish to reschedule. The client is responsible for any outdoor tents if necessary. The Boozy Pony does not provide any tents or other gear in the event of rain.
